Tark Policy Collective welcomes contributions from students, legal professionals, educators, and policy researchers. Please review our instructions before submitting.
All submissions shall be made exclusively by filling out the official Google Form. Submissions via email or any other mode will not be considered for publication.
Submissions shall be accepted on a rolling basis from students, legal professionals, teachers, researchers, policy-makers, senior academicians, and any member of the legal and humanities fraternity.
Co-Authorship: Co-authorship of up to 2 authors is permitted. Co-authors can be from the same or different institutions.
Originality and Exclusivity: The submission should be original, exclusive, and unpublished. It should not be under review by any other blog or platform. Non-adherence to this rule shall result in rejection, irrespective of the quality of the submission.
Cross-publication: Cross-publication is allowed subject to prior permission from the editorial board, and must clearly credit Tark Policy Collective as the original publisher.
Word Limit: Submissions should ideally be between 1,200 to 1,500 words, excluding footnotes or endnotes. Longer pieces may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Citations: All claims, statistics, and legal authorities must be appropriately cited. We recommend using hyperlinks for online resources or footnote citation formats (e.g., Harvard Bluebook 20th/21st edition guidelines).
Abstract: Authors must submit an abstract of 100 to 150 words along with the main text, outlining the core policy question and the argument presented.
Typography: Font size should be clear and visible, using standard professional serif/sans typography styles, with appropriate line spacing (1.15 to 1.5) for readability.
Plagiarism Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism. Submissions containing plagiarized content or generated entirely by AI tools without editorial intervention will be summarily rejected.
