Tark Policy Collective welcomes contributions from students, legal professionals, educators, and policy researchers. Please review our instructions before submitting.
All submissions shall be made exclusively through the designated Google Form available below. Submissions made through any other mode shall not be considered.
Submissions shall be accepted on a rolling basis from students, legal professionals, teachers, researchers, policymakers, and senior academicians.
Co-authorship of up to two authors shall be permitted. Authors can be from the same or different institutions.
The submission must be original, exclusive, unpublished, and must not be under consideration or review by any other publication or platform. Non-compliance with this requirement shall result in rejection of the submission, irrespective of its quality.
Content engaging with the intersection of law and constitutional policy, international relations, or corporate regulation shall be eligible for submission to the Blog.
Submissions may take the form of articles, book reviews, responses to existing posts on the Blog, or any other form that the Editorial Board may deem appropriate.
The Editorial Board shall retain absolute discretion with respect to the acceptance or rejection of submissions.
Upon acceptance of a submission, the copyright in the manuscript shall vest with the Blog. The submission must constitute the original work of the author(s). The Blog permits a maximum similarity index of 25%, and no submission exceeding this threshold shall be considered for publication.
Submissions should ideally be between 1,500 and 2,500 words, unless otherwise permitted by the Editorial Board. Longer submissions may be considered only at the discretion of the Editorial Board.
Must be formatted in Times New Roman, 14-point font, bold, ALL CAPS, with 1.5 line spacing.

All references should preferably be provided as hyperlinks within the body of the submission. Where a hyperlink is unavailable, references may be provided through endnotes formatted in Times New Roman, 10-point font, with single line spacing. Endnotes shall follow the OSCOLA 4th Edition / ILI citation style. Furthermore, the authors are requested to provide the bibliography of the sources for reference purposes.
Submissions must be made in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). The file name must be identical to the title of the submission.
To ensure anonymity during the review process, the submission must not contain the name, institutional affiliation, or any other information that may disclose the identity of the author(s).
Authors may use AI-assisted tools for limited purposes such as proofreading, language editing, formatting, translation, or preliminary research assistance. Where AI tools have been used to generate or substantially develop substantive portions of the submission, such use must be disclosed at the time of submission. Authors shall remain solely responsible for the accuracy, originality, arguments, analysis, and citations contained in the submission.
The Editorial Board endeavours to communicate its decision regarding each submission within 28 days of receipt. However, the review period may be extended depending on the nature, length, complexity, or volume of submissions received.
